What You Get
1. 20 Hours Per Month of Digital Business Work
You get 20 hours every month that can be used across your digital business. These hours can be used for strategy, planning, implementation, automation, CRM setup, AI workflows, system cleanup, technical planning, integrations, troubleshooting, and operational improvement. The work is flexible because business priorities change. One month may focus on CRM and pipeline structure. Another month may focus on automation, AI implementation, client onboarding, or internal operations. The direction is decided based on what creates the most value for the business at that stage. Unused hours are moved to the next month, up to 3 months window gap. And also more hours could be used in advance on a manual request and taken from upcoming months (up to 20 hours a month), but need in advance adjustment of the time.
2. AI Masters Apps Annual Plan Included
The AI Masters Apps annual plan is included while the managed service is active and paid. This gives the client access to the core digital business system used for CRM, pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, communication, automations, client management, sales workflows, marketing workflows, and operational processes.
3. Included Sub-Accounts
3 subaccounts are included as default. If more subaccounts are required each will cost £474/year (discounted from £974/year usual price). This is useful if the business needs separate environments for different brands, business units, projects, locations, departments, or client environments.
4. n8n and PostgreSQL Where Relevant
The managed service can include access to n8n and PostgreSQL where they are relevant to the agreed implementation. n8n can be used for automation workflows, system connections, data routing, and backend process automation. PostgreSQL can be used for structured data storage, operational data workflows, and business data infrastructure where needed. These tools are used only when they make practical sense for the client's needs and the agreed technical direction.
5. Discounted Additional Work
If the client needs more than 20 hours in a month, additional work is available at £150/hour. The standard rate is £300/hour. Managed service clients receive a 50% discount on additional hourly work.
